ER/ECO Flow Database
Karen Swanson

The ER/ECO database has been created to enable tracking of the status of ER's and ECO's. Initial entries are made when either an ER or ECO is initiated by Design/Drafting or Engineering personnel. Entries are updated, for example, with modification dates, budget codes, etc. as that additional information becomes available. In order to use this database the user will need to have a Macintosh computer, be on the network and have FileMaker Pro software. Page 1a is an example of the Technical Support ER / ECO Status Report that can be accessed.   The following steps are to be followed to help you access and use the ER/ECO Flow database.

Under the apple on your Macintosh (upper left hand corner) go to the Chooser and click. When the Chooser is open, click on AppleShare, then Main Ethernet. Select the file server SUNshare@fnts. Click OK.

The following window will appear on your screen. Click on Guest, then click OK.

When the following window appears, double click on ENG/Design-Drafting
